Caleb was born with a rare, life-threatening health challenge and originally given a 4% chance of survival. After several surgeries and spending over a year at Children's Hospital Colorado, Caleb was able to go home with a trach, ventilator, and feeding tube. Thankfully, Caleb is now an energetic, cheerful, and outgoing 5-year-old who no longer needs a trach, ventilator, or feeding tube.
