I ride to give hope to Children's Hospital Colorado patients like Mason, who is part of our family, and all the children who are cared for at Children's Hospital Colorado.
Mason struggled immediately after he was born and spent several days in the hospital before he could go home. He was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder, but Children's has been there to help along the way. Mason sees 10 specialists at Children's Hospital Colorado. He has had several surgeries but continuous to make progress at his own pace. While Mason and his parents would prefer to be home all the time, they are thankful to have such an amazing place for care so close to home.
I am a provider at Children’s Hospital Colorado and I see the commitment and dedication of my colleagues, but through Mason I see the results of all the work that we do.
The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for children by supporting neurology research.
