I have ridden the Courage Classic for six years now, helping to fundraise and support pediatric cancer care. Over seven years ago my closest friend, Daniel Hailpern, was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia. He has since recovered and is well on his way to a career in sports media and more than halfway through his degree at USC. He has accomplished quite a bit in the last seven years and we have made countless memories together. However, the reason I am riding and supporting Children's Hospital Colorado through this ride is that some people are not as lucky as Daniel and they never get to experience everything he has. Along with the patients at Children's Hospital I ride to show gratitude to the amazing staff that have worked tirelessly the past year. They continue to show their bravery and heroism as they fight to keep the pediatric cancer patients healthy from COVID and this horrible disease. So please donate and support me and my team, Wheels of Justice, as we fight to give these kids a chance.
